1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 2888et. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and 2888et ("the Platform", "we", "us") and govern your access to and use of all services available at 2888et, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, poker, slots, and all associated account and payment features.

By registering an account on 2888et, making a deposit, or using any part of our platform — whether through a web browser, mobile application, or any other access method — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any 2888et services.

These Terms apply to all players located in Pakistan or accessing 2888et from a Pakistan IP address. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where any part of these Terms conflicts with any other communication or promotional material, these Terms shall take precedence.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with 2888et, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 2888et does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be a human individual. Corporate entities, bots and automated scripts are not permitted to register accounts.
• You must be the sole beneficial owner of the payment method used to fund your account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of an employee of 2888et or any affiliated company.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or operating an account for the benefit of a third party.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion period, either voluntarily applied through 2888et's responsible gaming tools or applied by an operator-initiated restriction.

2888et reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe — typically 72 hours of the request — may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each eligible player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account with 2888et. The opening of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 2888et reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or pending bonuses.

Accurate Information

When registering your 2888et account, you are required to provide complete and accurate information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address. This information must remain accurate and up to date throughout your use of the platform. You must update your account details promptly if any registered information changes.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2888et login credentials. Your password must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances. 2888et will not be liable for any losses that result from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security over your login details. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 2888et support immediately at support@2888et.bet.

Account Closure Requests

You may request closure of your 2888et account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within three business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed to your registered payment method. Re-registering after voluntary closure is permitted provided you have not applied a self-exclusion restriction.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 2888et are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits

The minimum deposit on 2888et is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly in most cases. 2888et does not charge any processing fees on deposits made via supported Pakistani payment methods. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that are sourced from lawful activity.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash typically arrive within one to three hours of approval. Bank transfers via IBFT may take up to 24 business hours. 2888et reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

Declined Transactions

2888et reserves the right to decline, reverse or place a hold on any transaction where fraud, money laundering or breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, we will notify you and may request supporting documentation before the hold is reviewed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

2888et offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the terms of the specific promotion as well as these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that offer.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses credited to your 2888et account are subject to a wagering requirement before any funds derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for any given promotion is stated clearly in the terms of that offer. As a general guideline, the standard wagering requirement on 2888et deposit bonuses is 30x the combined bonus and deposit amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Slots: 100% contribution towards wagering requirements
• Andar Bahar and card games: 20% contribution
• Live dealer games: 10% contribution
• Roulette: 10% contribution
• Sports betting (Football): 100% contribution on pre-match bets at odds of 1.50 or above
• Poker: 0% contribution (poker does not count towards bonus wagering)

Bonus Abuse

2888et has zero tolerance for bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus funds with minimal exposure, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, the bonus and any winnings generated with it will be forfeited, and the account may be closed.

6. Gameplay Rules

Each game available on 2888et — whether an RNG slot, a live dealer table, a poker room or a sports betting market — operates according to specific game rules that are displayed within the game itself or in the associated help section. You are responsible for reading and understanding these rules before placing any real-money bets.

System Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error or game error, 2888et reserves the right to void any bets or rounds affected by the error. This applies regardless of whether the error appeared to produce a winning or losing outcome. No compensation will be paid for losses resulting from a bona fide malfunction, and winnings generated through a demonstrable system error will not be paid out.

Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on 2888et and are displayed within each game or market. 2888et reserves the right to apply individual player limits where account activity patterns warrant it. Players on VIP tiers may be eligible for enhanced limits subject to account history and application.

Settled Bets

Once a bet has been placed and confirmed on 2888et, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the player except where a cash-out or early settlement feature is explicitly offered and activated. Settlement of sports bets follows the official result of the relevant competition as confirmed by the governing body or primary data source used by 2888et.

7. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

2888et is committed to maintaining a fair, safe and enjoyable environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal referral:

• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated system to place bets or interact with 2888et games or betting markets
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker games
• Chip dumping in poker or any other deliberate form of match-fixing or result manipulation
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs or undocumented features to gain an advantage
• Fraudulent chargebacks or disputed transactions designed to recover funds that were legitimately wagered
• Using VPNs, proxy services or any technical method to mask your location or create the false appearance of eligibility
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting personal details during verification
• Harassment, abusive language or threats directed at 2888et staff or other players via any communication channel

8. Responsible Gaming

2888et takes its responsibilities regarding player welfare seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity and to seek help if needed. These tools are available to every registered player at no cost and without requiring any justification for their use.

Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps from your account settings. Limits cannot be increased without a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period to prevent runaway losses during a session.
• Cooling-Off: Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or a custom duration. Play and deposits are blocked for the full period with no early reversal.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term close your account. Self-exclusions are applied immediately for a minimum of 6 months and can be set to be permanent.

9. Privacy and Data

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, 2888et shall not be liable for:

• Losses resulting from technical failures, internet outages, or device-specific issues outside our control
• Any loss of data, account access, or opportunity resulting from maintenance periods or unplanned downtime
• Losses arising from your failure to read and follow applicable game rules or these Terms

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury resulting from 2888et's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

2888et reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to provide requested identity or payment verification documents within the stated timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any illegal use of the platform
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers
• Requests from law enforcement, regulatory authorities or financial institutions
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant. A notice will be sent to the registered contact before any action is taken on a dormant account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified wherever legally permissible. Account balances at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with the circumstances — legitimate balances on accounts closed for reasons unrelated to breach will be returned to the player after verification.

12. Amendments to These Terms

2888et may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or through an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes come into effect, where operationally feasible. For minor clarifications or corrections, changes may take effect immediately.

The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of 2888et following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure through our support team.

13. Contact and Dispute Resolution

We ask that you describe your issue as clearly as possible and include your registered email address or mobile number so we can locate your account efficiently. For payment disputes, please include the transaction date, amount and reference number where available.

Escalation

If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction after engaging with our support team, you may escalate the matter in writing to our complaints team at support@2888et.bet with the subject line "Formal Complaint". We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 14 days. 2888et's decisions on disputes involving game outcomes, bonus terms and account closures are final once the internal escalation process is complete.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. By using 2888et, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts for resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal process.
